Job Description
Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading the company's Sales Team develop Sales Strategies to achieve Sales targets and manage customers to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
10 years in sales management preferably in a related retail industry (heavy equipment / industrial / automotive)
Candidates must have 10 years of sales management experience or more.
Can speak fluent Mandarin.
A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products and the market.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills.
Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations.
Outline and manage sales budgets.
Set quarterly and annual sales goals.
Motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals.
Monitor the market and competitor products and activities.
Provide detailed sales forecasting.
Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
Existing client relationships in the machinery industry are preferred but not required.
