Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Target Ownership
- Drive monthly team quota for run-rate products (firewalls, switches, licenses, renewals, small projects)
- Maintain minimum 3x pipeline coverage across the team
- Own team forecast accuracy and weekly reporting
- Ensure consistent GP target achievement
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
- Develop structured outbound campaigns (cold calls, email blasts, LinkedIn outreach)
- Set daily lead generation targets per ISR: Calls, New accounts touched & Meetings set
- Ensure speed-to-lead within agreed SLA
Database Management
- Build and continuously update prospect databases by: Industry segmentation, Territory mapping &Renewal tracking
- Identify white space accounts within Pampanga / NCR
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Conduct daily sales huddles (pipeline, activity, objections, wins)
- Perform weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions
- Improve objection handling and meeting conversion
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Create, manage, and analyze complex datasets using Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts).
- Generate accurate and timely reports to support decision-making.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2-4+ years B2B sales experience
- 1–2+ years leading inside sales or telesales teams
- Experience in outbound prospecting & cold calling
- Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch
- IT / MSP / Infrastructure sales background preferred
