Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Target Ownership

  • Drive monthly team quota for run-rate products (firewalls, switches, licenses, renewals, small projects)
  • Maintain minimum 3x pipeline coverage across the team
  • Own team forecast accuracy and weekly reporting
  • Ensure consistent GP target achievement

Lead Generation & Demand Creation

  • Develop structured outbound campaigns (cold calls, email blasts, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Set daily lead generation targets per ISR: Calls, New accounts touched & Meetings set
  • Ensure speed-to-lead within agreed SLA

Database Management

  • Build and continuously update prospect databases by: Industry segmentation, Territory mapping &Renewal tracking
  • Identify white space accounts within Pampanga / NCR

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Conduct daily sales huddles (pipeline, activity, objections, wins)
  • Perform weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions
  • Improve objection handling and meeting conversion

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Create, manage, and analyze complex datasets using Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts).
  • Generate accurate and timely reports to support decision-making.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2-4+ years B2B sales experience
  • 1–2+ years leading inside sales or telesales teams
  • Experience in outbound prospecting & cold calling
  • Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch
  • IT / MSP / Infrastructure sales background preferred
