Role Overview:
Lead, train, and coach a team of Inside Sales Representatives while driving KPI achievement through regular reviews and action plans. Generate new accounts via outbound prospecting, collaborate on marketing and sales campaigns, and close deals when needed. Ensure accurate CRM records, identify process improvements, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations. Prepare sales reports, analyze data for trends, and use insights for coaching and performance improvement.
