Job Description

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is collaborating with a Raw Materials Company in their search for a Sales Lead based in Taguig.

Salary Range: 30,000 - 35,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Taguig City

The role

This role is ideal for a sales professional who's ready to step up and lead. As Sales Supervisor, you will take ownership of team performance, strengthen client relationships, and help translate sales strategies into measurable results. Your leadership will directly impact revenue growth and team success.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leading the Team

  • Direct, guide, and support a team of sales representatives.
  • Establish clear sales targets and performance expectations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, coaching sessions, and evaluations.

Developing Talent

  • Facilitate training programs to enhance selling techniques and product expertise.
  • Identify performance gaps and create development plans.
  • Promote a growth-oriented and performance-driven culture.

Driving Sales Execution

  • Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales processes and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to meet company objectives.

Monitoring Results

  • Track and evaluate sales KPIs and overall team performance.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve output.
  • Present performance updates and actionable insights to management.

Strengthening Client Relationships

  • Support the team in building lasting partnerships with customers.
  • Address and resolve escalated client concerns effectively.
  • Uphold high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Managing Sales Operations

  • Oversee daily sales activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Assign territories and optimize resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to support sales goals.

Handling Administrative Functions

  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Manage scheduling, reporting, and other related administrative requirements.

Inspiring Performance

  • Keep the team engaged and focused on achieving targets.
  • Implement incentive and recognition programs.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales systems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willing to travel when necessary to support business needs.
