About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven and people-focused Sales Lead to lead and grow our high-performing Sales Team in the Philippines. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at coaching and developing talent, and has a proven track record of driving B2B revenue growth.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering revenue targets while building a strong culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous development.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Lead the team in achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Personally generate new business opportunities and close strategic deals.
- Model best-in-class sales practices in outbound prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Act as subject matter expert in sales strategy, product positioning, and client engagement
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure seamless campaign alignment and sales-to-service transition.
Team Management & Coaching
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance evaluations, and structured coaching sessions.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide real-time feedback and resolve team challenges effectively.
Goal Setting & Talent Development
- Establish clear KPIs, revenue targets, and career progression pathways.
- Develop individualized growth and development plans for team members.
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training initiatives.
- Drive productivity and professional growth across the team.
Operational & Process Excellence
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM data integrity.
- Monitor key sales metrics and proactively address performance risks.
- Optimize workflows and sales processes for scalability and efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics
- Present weekly and monthly performance reports to senior leadership.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Use insights to enhance coaching programs and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience (outbound prospecting and negotiation required).
- At least 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Strong coaching, performance management, and goal-setting expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue while developing talent
