Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Metro Manila for the Sales Division Head at VCDC. The Sales Division Head will oversee the sales team, manage accounts, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include leading and managing the sales team, analyzing sales data, managing key accounts, and developing sales strategies to drive overall business growth.

Qualifications

• A graduate with a bachelor's degree in business or any related field
• Preferably has 10 years of experience in real estate in a similar position
• Possesses sales management skills, business planning, sales marketing, negotiation, and training
• Has an available team and can start immediately
• Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage.
