The Role: Sales Executive Assistant
Imagine being the central hub of a growing sales operation while the team builds relationships in the field, you're the steady force behind the scenes. You keep every call, note, task, follow-up, and pipeline stage in HubSpot accurate and moving forward, creating clarity rather than just completing CRM tasks. When updates slip, you catch them. When the Chief Growth Officer needs real-time support, you deliver sharp, actionable data. You review call recordings, surface insights that strengthen performance, and turn activity into understanding trends into opportunitiesnumbers into meaningful stories that guide decisions.
Each day, you'll track KPIs that reflect the health of the pipeline, build dashboards that keep leadership informed, and uncover insights through manual review and AI tools. Beyond data, you'll manage expenses and incentives, support communication between leadership and the sales team, prepare materials, coordinate marketing supplies, and assist with territory alignment and event planning. And when urgent messages come in after hours, you'll keep momentum moving.
