Tasks & responsibilities
- Facilitate promotion, sales, and marketing of Neogen, 3M Industrial Safety and Hygiene (ISH), Kimberly Clark Professional, Karcher and Decon 7 products.
- Sell and promote products to assigned market segments, including property managers, janitorial accounts, financial institutions, malls, etc.
- Establish rapport and maintain good business relationships with existing and potential accounts
- Increase the baseline of customers through consistent product promotion, client prospecting, and upselling opportunities to facilitate sales of company products and services.
- Plan, accomplish, and submit weekly sales call plan and monthly sales forecast
- Prepare and submit sales reports necessary to monitor business and achieve sales growth
- Create and submit marketing programs and sales contracts to promote customer loyalty and ensure guaranteed sales from identified accounts
- Conduct sales negotiation to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target
- Perform actual product demonstration to be able to efficiently promote existing and new product lines
- Provide after-sales service/s to customers as necessary (such as but not limited to emergency delivery of items, product installation, assistance on the proper product application and/or usage
Qualifications & experience
- Graduate of a four-year course in Business Management, Engineering, or related course
- 14 years of sales experience in the related field is an advantage;
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience demonstrate successful customer relationship management. Must be able to converse with clients using appropriate language and expression
- Self-motivated and dynamic and can provide answers and solutions to client's technical issues
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management skills to ensure KPIs are achieved
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills both in Filipino and English
- Fast learner with the ability to easily gain product knowledge
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
