Job Description

  • Engages in 6-8 dynamic sales calls daily
  • Demonstrates deep knowledge of hotel and resort offerings
  • Monitors competitors and develops sales targets and strategies
  • Explores new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Promotes the resort with compelling communication
  • Achieves and exceeds sales goals
  • Nurtures key accounts and manage contracts
  • Maintains detailed and delivers exceptional guest experiences
  • Collaborates seamlessly across departments to exceed guest expectations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Studies, Marketing, Management or any related field
  • With 1-2 years background in hotel sales and corporate servicing is a must.
  • Knowledge of sales functions: qualification, negotiation, account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent sales presentation, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel systems like Opera and Delphi
