Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify potential clients in need of software solutions.
Conduct market research to understand trends and target industries.
Reach out through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
- Product / Service Presentation
Present software products, platforms, or custom development capabilities.
Explain technical features in simple business terms.
- Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
Develop proposals and quotations.
Manage CRM entries, track leads, and maintain sales pipeline.
Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand their pain points and propose tailored solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction during and after project delivery.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Coordinate with technical teams to align expectations and timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Background in IT sales, software solutions, or tech products.
At least 1 year work experience in Software Development or in a related field
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of software development process (Agile, SDLC).
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
