Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a Logistics Company in their search for a Sales Excutive based in Pasay City.

Salary Range: Open to negotiation

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Pasay City

The role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our clients logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering customized logistics solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Attend Mails and queries
  • Submit Daily Call report/SRT (25 calls per day/ 5 Sales per day)
  • Telemarketing
  • Assist Clients Inquiry, concerns and problems
  • Send booking to counterpart once quotation is approved and monitor until booking confirmation.
  • Communicate transaction to counterpart
  • Assist operations team regarding rates to bill to client (locally routed accounts)
  • Prepare OBA Report
  • Prepare Pipeline Report
  • Prepare Double AA Updates
  • Sales Calls
  • Prepare schedule for commission
  • Attend AAA/AA Meeting with Global Handlers
  • Forward Pre-alert to operations
  • Updating buyer's consol if loaded via LCL or FCL and sending report to client
  • Assists on AR Collections
  • Assist on Operations Matter of handled shipments

What We're Looking For

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent gained through relevant experience; logistics industry preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in Logistics Industry
  • Goal-oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to achieve and exceed quotas
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive, mutually beneficial relationships with customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels; strong collaboration and teamwork skills; excellent listening, written, verbal and presentation skills (English required)
  • Strong phone presence; excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving skills with an excellent safety track record.
