Were looking for a reliable and proactive Sales Executive to support our Sales Managers as we continue scaling Poddster across global markets.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Executive at Poddster, you'll play a vital role in keeping our sales engine running smoothly. While our Sales Managers focus on strategic conversations and closing deals, you'll manage the executionensuring leads are followed up, proposals are sent, and the sales pipeline remains accurate and active.

You'll be involved in every stage of the sales process except closing, acting as the organizational force that keeps momentum strong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with all administrative and operational sales activities
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, contracts, and follow-up emails
  • Join sales calls to take notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through
  • Maintain and update the CRM and sales pipeline with accurate, up-to-date information
  • Track lead progress and ensure opportunities are properly nurtured
  • Coordinate internally to gather information for custom quotations and agreements
  • Monitor deadlines and follow-ups to keep deals progressing smoothly
  • Prepare summary reports and assist with data for sales performance and strategy reviews

Requirements


  • 13 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or an executive assistant role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools (e.g., Monday, HubSpot, Pipedrive), and proposal software
  • Proactive, fast learner who takes ownership and delivers on time
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Background in media, creative industries, or B2B services is a plus
