Job Description

The Sales Executive Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and guiding a business development sub-team to meet productivity targets, streamline the sales process, and drive successful new client acquisition. This position will oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow, all while providing expert oversight of new client acquisition materials, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

The Right Fit Scrubbee will

  • Manage the day-to-day functions of the assigned business development sub-team or portfolio, ensuring consistent progress toward productivity targets.
  • Lead discovery and sales calls with prospective clients, asking targeted, industry-specific questions to accurately identify their needs.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline, and determining their potential fit for Scrubbed's products or services.
  • Effectively communicate Scrubbed's services, value proposition, differentiators, and pricing to prospective clients during calls and emails.
  • Co-lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive collaborative success adhering to the best practices.
  • Leverage basic to advanced knowledge in sales funnel optimization, spearheading efforts in lead nurturing and conversion rate improvement.
  • Support Staff members to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide expert guidance and oversight to Staff members engaged in new client acquisition, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and effectively manage their responsibilities.
  • Oversee processes and conduct first-level reviews of proposals, service agreements, email communications, and other materials related to new client acquisitions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Co-prepare reports on business development and sales activities related to new clients, including KPI reports and analyses.
  • Supervise the organization, preparation, and maintenance of sales materials and related collaterals to effectively support new client acquisition pursuits and initiatives.
  • Identify issues and bring them to appropriate levels within the team to reach resolution.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and achieve shared goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Facilitate discussions with the Operations team tailored for new client acquisition.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, offering guidance and support in their work ensuring their successful integration into the team.
  • Conduct training for staff members, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to perform tasks based on agreed-upon standards.
  • Stay ahead of emerging industry trends that leverage new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Qualifications

The Ideal candidate should have

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field related to Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in sales executive or related roles, contributing a deep understanding of industry practices and processes.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven track record of leading and executing sales strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth.
  • At least 2 years of experience in utilizing any CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, to efficiently manage and analyze relevant data.
  • The ability to effectively leverage contract management tools, particularly PandaDoc, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to streamline contract creation, review, and approval processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • A relevant CRM certification to demonstrate efficiency in managing and analyzing relevant data, contributing to improved sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex sales data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
  • A results-driven, proactive, and self-starting mindset, with a proven ability to identify and solve problems, make sound decisions, and drive sales growth.
  • The Eagerness to assist in project tasks and contribute to team efforts, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, capable of clearly conveying information to team members and colleagues.
  • Extensive experience in co-leading projects, demonstrating collaboration skills, and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Leadership skills with the proven ability to support team leaders in addressing complex technical challenges and finding effective and scalable solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and support cross-functional activities to achieve shared goals.
  • Advanced Proficiency in using industry-standard productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite Applications to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
