The Sales Machineis hiring a high-impact, high-energySales Executiveto join our founding sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for CEOs, Head of Sales, Sales Directors, and Operations Leaders at medium-to-large enterprises, introducing them to the Philippines only true Sales Performance Management platform.

Your role as a Sales Executive:

Pipeline Generation: You'll build our sales pipeline from zero, targeting enterprises with $10M+ revenue and complex sales operations.

Pain Discovery: Through consultative conversations, you'll uncover the real cost of data chaos, delayed reporting, and poor sales visibility.

Market Intelligence: You'll identify trends in how Philippine enterprises manage sales operations and feed insights back to our product and marketing teams.

Relationship Building: You'll become the trusted first touchpoint for senior executives evaluating sales transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do Daily

  • Prospect strategically: Target CFOs, Sales Directors, and Operations Leaders at distribution companies, manufacturers, and large enterprises

  • Qualify ruthlessly: Use consultative selling to understand complex organizational pain points and budget authority

  • Set high-value meetings: Cold Calling & Booking demos for Account Executives with qualified prospects who have real buying intent

  • Research deeply: Understand each prospect's industry, competitive landscape, and specific operational challenges

  • Collaborate closely: Work with AEs, Marketing, and Product to refine messaging and improve conversion rates

  • Consistent Reporting:You'll be responsible for reporting your daily, weekly & monthly numbers to the Head of Sales.

What Sets You Up for Success

Experience Requirements:

  • 1-2 years in B2B sales, preferably SDR/BDR roles targeting enterprise accounts
  • Experience selling to C-level executives or senior management
  • Proven track record of generating 10+ qualified meetings per month
  • Strong cold callingand email skills with professional communication
  • Background in Appointment Setting with a proven track record of Success ratios

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
  • Comfortable with data analysis and A/B testing outreach approaches

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 monthly
  • Commission: Up to 50,000 monthly based on qualified meetings and closed deals.
  • Total OTE: 85,000 - 100,000 monthly
