Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Executive located in Mandaue. He will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including engaging with customers, driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Additional duties involve ensuring product displays are appealing and managing inventory levels to optimize sales opportunities.

• Offers and monitors products to different outlets that carry the company's merchandise.
• Coordinates with his team to establish goals in making profit.
• Ensures that the day to day operations in stores are effective to maintain good working relationship with them.
• Participates in job-related conventions and seminars to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
• Searches market trends in the retail industry including what their competitors doing.
• Sets standards in handling quality, customer service, health and safety, legal and security issues.
• Conducts appraisals and performance reviews for the development of his team.

• Customer Service and Relationship Building skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience in the food distribution industry is a MUST
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Willing to work in Mandaue
• Willing to train in Manila
