Job Description

Job Summary

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, growing revenue, and maintaining strong client relationships within the corporate and fleet leasing segment. As a front-line brand ambassador of Hertz Philippines, the Sales Executive is expected to proactively identify prospects, present tailored operating lease solutions, and support clients through the entire sales cycle — from initial engagement to post-sale account management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Prospecting

• Identify and develop new corporate accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and

industry events

• Research target companies and key decision-makers within assigned territory or industry verticals

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets

Client Presentations & Proposals

• Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives, fleet managers, and procurement teams

• Prepare competitive bid submissions and customized fleet lease proposals aligned with client

requirements

• Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to develop accurate and compelling quotations

Account Management & Retention

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of

satisfaction

• Monitor contract renewals and proactively engage clients ahead of lease expiry

• Address client concerns promptly in coordination with after-sales and operations teams

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM system (contacts, opportunities, activities)

• Submit regular sales activities and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager

• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino

• Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a genuine interest in sales

• Willing to do fieldwork and client visits across Metro Manila and nearby areas

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Must hold a valid driver's license (professional license is an advantage)

PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Exposure to B2B sales, corporate accounts, or fleet/vehicle leasing (internship or part-time

experience counts)

• Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking platforms - ODOO

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

• Analytical mindset — able to understand client needs and match them to the right solutions
