Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through networking, referrals, and social media.
- Manage customer accounts and build strong long-term relationships.
- Conduct client visits and site surveys; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, service, and support.
- Follow up on after-sales issues (quality, cost, delivery, repeat orders).
- Monitor sales activities and achieve assigned performance targets.
- Participate in marketing initiatives such as conferences and trade exhibitions.
- Assist in payment collection and support inventory monitoring.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in sales; Audio Video Solutions or B2B or B2C project sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Familiar with local communication tools (Viber, Messenger, Telegram).
- Open-minded, sales-oriented, and committed to results.
