Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Manage customer accounts and build strong long-term relationships.
  • Conduct client visits and site surveys; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, service, and support.
  • Follow up on after-sales issues (quality, cost, delivery, repeat orders).
  • Monitor sales activities and achieve assigned performance targets.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives such as conferences and trade exhibitions.
  • Assist in payment collection and support inventory monitoring.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales; Audio Video Solutions or B2B or B2C project sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Familiar with local communication tools (Viber, Messenger, Telegram).
  • Open-minded, sales-oriented, and committed to results.
