Sales Executive

Alta Vista de Boracay managed by DMCI PDI Hotels, Inc., a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is looking for a Hotel Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be hired directly by DMCI PDI Hotels.

JOB ROLES

• Implement sales strategies and activities to achieve the target monthly and annual sales quota
• Recommend strategies and activities that will promote hotel sales and market visibility
• Source and establish new tie-ups / partnerships with travel agencies and corporate accounts
• Assist in achieving or exceeding budgeted goals in sales, profit, and occupancy of the hotel by proactively sourcing potential clients and closing sales deals
• Identifies, searches, and develops new clients in market for extended stay bookings as well as from smaller companies as potential clients for extended and/or negotiated rate contracts.
• Perform sales and marketing related administrative works as needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• With at least 1 year of relevant working experience from the hotel industry
• With excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Preferably knowledgeable and familiar with the use of reservation systems (preferably IFCA) and Microsoft Offices
• Capable to represent the Hotel and the Company to external partners and clients
• With proven experience in building and managing travel agency partnerships
• Willing to be assigned in Bangkal, Makati
