Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the construction industry (residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects)
  • Promote and sell construction products such as cement, aggregates, waterproofing solutions, adhesives, sealants, coatings, and other building materials
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and distributors
  • Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and site visits
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and bid documents in coordination with internal teams
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share within the territory
  • Monitor project pipelines and track upcoming construction activities
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or building products
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and project sales cycles
  • Good network with contractors, developers, and consultants is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure
