Job Summary
This role is focused on achieving sales targets through strategic territory planning, excellent customer management, and consistent fieldwork within assigned areas.
Qualifications
Graduate of any Business-related course (Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent).
12 years of experience as a Salesman, Sales Representative, or in a similar sales role, preferably within the pet industry or FMCG sector.
Strong sales orientation with the ability to consistently meet or exceed targets.
Excellent customer service skills with an engaging and professional personality.
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills when interacting with customers.
Preferably with a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a motorcycle for field activities.
Willingness to conduct regular fieldwork and travel within Cebu areas
