Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Bancassurance Sales Executive, based in Cebu City. The primary responsibilities include managing relationships with clients and prospects, analyzing their financial needs, and offering tailored life insurance solutions. The role involves achieving sales targets, collaborating with bank partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of financial products, insurance, and basic financial planning
• Ability to achieve sales targets and handle client needs professionally
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is an advantage
