Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 23 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial,
equipment, or technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano (fluency in regional Visayan
dialects is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Willing to travel across Cebu and Visayas areas as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and market growth in
the Visayas region.
- Identify and engage potential corporate, industrial, and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat
business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the
area.
- Present and demonstrate company products and solutions to clients.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Finance, SCM, and Technical)
to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
- Provide timely sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates to
management.
- Represent the company in trade shows, product exhibits, and business
networking events in Cebu and nearby provinces.

Salary Range
Php 19,000 to 25,000
