Qualifications
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC-registered). or Licensed Electrical
Engineer
- Minimum 23 years of experience in HVAC sales, design, or project
management.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, Tagalog,
and local Visayan dialects.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering or CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability in technical selling and project coordination.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel frequently within
the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for HVAC systems and related
equipment in Cebu and Visayas.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities among commercial, industrial,
and institutional clients.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to promote
company products and services.
- Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and project quotations.
- Coordinate closely with the design, procurement, and project management teams
to ensure timely project execution.
- Manage client relationships and provide after-sales support for ongoing and
completed projects.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Submit accurate sales forecasts, project updates, and performance reports to
management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, technical standards, and safety
requirements.
- Travel extensively within Cebu and the Visayas areas for client calls and project
supervision.
