Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, research, and generate new business leads through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients across assigned markets or industries.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, or channel partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned clients.

Sales Execution

  • Present company products, solutions, or services to clients in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial terms in coordination with internal teams.
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
  • Close deals and ensure successful conversion of inquiries into confirmed orders/projects.

Coordination & Internal Communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, procurement, finance, technical, or AI/product teams) to ensure accurate execution of client requirements.
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed orders/projects for execution and fulfillment.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Share insights to help improve sales strategy, pricing, and product positioning.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, negotiations, and deal status.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates as required by management.

Revenue & Growth Responsibility

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, or performance metrics.
  • Actively contribute to the company's business growth and brand positioning in the market.

Skills & Key Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in international business development, industrial sales, or B2B partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and management levels.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities for market, competitor, and client assessments.
