Sales Engineer (Cold Storage / Refrigeration Systems)

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support business growth through technical sales and project development for cold storage, refrigeration, chillers, and energy-efficient thermal solutions. This role involves developing client relationships, preparing technical designs and proposals, and supporting project execution across multiple business lines, including cold storage facilities, cold-chain logistics, food processing, commercial refrigeration, and energy-saving retrofit projects.

The ideal candidate is technically competent, commercially driven, and client-oriented, with a background in mechanical engineering or refrigeration systems and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from concept to delivery.

Sales & Client Development

• Develop and manage B2B clients in cold storage, cold chain logistics, food processing, commercial refrigeration, and energy-efficient retrofit projects
• Promote refrigeration systems, cold chain solutions, and EPC services
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations to achieve sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships

Technical Design & Proposal Development

• Conduct site assessments and evaluate client requirements (temperature control, capacity, workflow)
• Prepare system layouts and technical designs using CAD
• Perform equipment selection, costing, and preparation of technical-commercial proposals
• Present solutions clearly to clients and address technical and commercial inquiries

Project Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with internal teams during design, installation, and commissioning phases
• Support clients throughout project execution to ensure smooth delivery and satisfaction
• Assist in resolving technical or implementation issues during project rollout

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration/HVAC, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of general B2B sales or project-related experience
• Background in cold storage, refrigeration, chillers, HVAC, or industrial equipment preferred
• Any level of CAD proficiency and able to interpret technical drawings
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
• Fluent in English and Filipino
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
