DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's industry and target customers
- Contact, consult, and follow up with clients promptly to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Analyze client requirements and design optimal solar solutions tailored to their needs
- Conduct technical on-site visits to better understand building requirements and how these would affect the final proposed solar system
- Follow the internally-defined sales processes and standards to ensure excellent customer journey
- Build and maintain highest level of customer satisfaction and relationships through effective and concise communication (verbal and written)
- Represent the brand and its values respectfully at all times
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to customers queries
- Create customized solar proposals and present the company professionally to potential clients
- Acquire clients and close contracts to be able to hit sales targets
- Work on CRM database and make sure that data is accurate at all times
- Provide after-sales support to retain customer satisfaction and acquire referrals
- Perform such other tasks as may be assigned to the employee from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)
- Valid driver's license
