Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's industry and target customers
  • Contact, consult, and follow up with clients promptly to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Analyze client requirements and design optimal solar solutions tailored to their needs
  • Conduct technical on-site visits to better understand building requirements and how these would affect the final proposed solar system
  • Follow the internally-defined sales processes and standards to ensure excellent customer journey
  • Build and maintain highest level of customer satisfaction and relationships through effective and concise communication (verbal and written)
  • Represent the brand and its values respectfully at all times
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to customers queries
  • Create customized solar proposals and present the company professionally to potential clients
  • Acquire clients and close contracts to be able to hit sales targets
  • Work on CRM database and make sure that data is accurate at all times
  • Provide after-sales support to retain customer satisfaction and acquire referrals
  • Perform such other tasks as may be assigned to the employee from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or any related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)
  • Valid driver's license
