Sales Engineer

Role Description

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating with customers, and driving sales. Additionally, the role will involve providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Responsible of developing, maintaining marketing and selling plan to meet company objectives and targets.
• Evaluating of customer requirement and market conditions
• Understanding new tendencies and analysing opportunities in the market
• Sourcing new projects/customers
• Building an efficient and professional relationship in coordination with the management for potential clients, contractors, consultants, government sectors etc. and reinforce the spirit of partnership
• Preparing Pre-Qualification, presentations, submittals, quotations, RFPs, etc.
• Preparing all required reports and statistics on the activity (including visit reports) in a timely and accurate manner
• Preparing cost sheets and to estimate unit price for our services based on market, expenses and profit
• Coordinate with finance department for all financial issues.
• Maintaining and keeping all working records.
• Developing and maintaining company clients database
• Perform other duties as assigned, basis and making sure everyone within the team achieves sales targets.
