Job Description
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers
- Work with customers to understand their needs and ensure the product meets their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and secure orders.
- Recommend modifications to products to meet customer demands and improve cost-effectiveness.
- Assist customers in resolving issues with product usage.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers.
- A graduate in Marketing or Engineering field
- With at least 3 years of experience in the similar role
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the products or services being sold.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical information clearly.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in selling technical or complex products.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues for customers.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
