Job Description

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs.
  • Provide technical expertise during product demonstrations.
  • Deliver presentations and product training to clients.
  • Assist in creating tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Engage with clients, deliver presentations, provide technical sales support, establish and maintain customer relationships, and collaborate with teams to meet sales targets.
  • Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in public speaking, negotiation, sales support, communication, and presentation skills; strong teamwork and sourcing abilities; attention to detail and sales management knowledge; expertise in customer relationship management.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel to client sites.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical thinker, adaptable, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
