We are looking for a results-driven and technically skilled
Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing client relationships, and providing technical solutions for construction projects specializing in waterproofing systems, swimming pool construction, hardscape, landscape, and fit-out works.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and property owners)
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates
- Present product and service solutions to clients
- Coordinate with Engineering, Estimating, and Operations teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain updated client database and sales reports
- Answers to product queries of prospective and existing clients.
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, and completing sales.
- Setting and achieving goals and quotas.
- Performs other duties and functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Preferably with experience in construction sales (waterproofing, swimming pool, hardscape, landscape, or fit-out projects)
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office (knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage)
- Must be willing to do fieldwork and client visits
- With driver license and knows how to drive is advantage but not required
