Job Summary
The Sales Engineer is responsible for managing and expanding B2B sales operations
for HVAC/ Cold Chain products and systems across Cebu and the Visayas region.
This role combines technical expertise and sales skills to provide effective solutions,
oversee project requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction from inquiry to project
completion. The ideal candidate must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer with HVAC
experience, project management skills, and fluency in English, Tagalog, and local
Visayan dialects.
Qualifications
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC-registered). or Licensed Electrical
Engineer
- Minimum 23 years of experience in HVAC sales, design, or project
management.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, Tagalog,
and local Visayan dialects.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering or CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability in technical selling and project coordination.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel frequently within
the assigned territory.
