Sales & Engagement Virtual Assistant

We are hiring a Sales & Engagement Virtual Assistant to support an established online caregiving platform that connects families with caregivers for seniors, children, pets, and home services. The platform has been operating for 5+ years and hosts 20,000+ caregivers, along with a growing base of client agencies seeking caregiver placements.

This role focuses on scheduling B2B demo meetings, re-engaging inactive caregivers, and supporting sales operations.

Schedule:

Full-time 40 hours per week

Fully remote

Compensation:

Base Pay: $1,050 per month

Performance Bonus: Up to $200 per month based on achieved targets

(No commissions; position is integrated into payroll)

Key responsabilities:

• Contact agency prospects and schedule demo meetings for the sales lead
• Follow provided scripts to re-engage inactive caregivers on the platform
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Support outbound calling, follow-ups, and pipeline organization
• Contribute to consistent meeting flow for sales closures
• Collaborate with internal team and complete training modules

Requirements:

• Healthcare sales experience required
• Healthcare industry experience required
• Professional English communication required
• Comfortable with outbound calling and relationship-building
• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a plus)
• Reliable internet and quiet remote work environment
