Your Role

As a Sales Engagement Lead, you will own the sales journey end-to-end and play a key role in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle with the guide of the sales manager—from planning and prospecting to deal closure (including presentations, demos, negotiations, RFIs/RFPs, and contracts).
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to build and execute effective sales plans and strategies.
  • Drive sales prospecting initiatives, leveraging marketing and telesales methodologies to maintain a strong and healthy pipeline.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations in partnership with Solutions Architect.
  • Ensure accurate sales reporting and forecasting, tracking deal progress and closures
  • Maintain and manage the client database, ensuring all interactions and information are properly logged and up to date

Qualifications

  • Successful previous experience as sales representative or sales lead, consistently meeting or
  • exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • 2 - 3 years of Software/Technical Sales or other sales experience
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint)
