Your Role
As a Sales Engagement Lead, you will own the sales journey end-to-end and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle with the guide of the sales manager—from planning and prospecting to deal closure (including presentations, demos, negotiations, RFIs/RFPs, and contracts).
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to build and execute effective sales plans and strategies.
- Drive sales prospecting initiatives, leveraging marketing and telesales methodologies to maintain a strong and healthy pipeline.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations in partnership with Solutions Architect.
- Ensure accurate sales reporting and forecasting, tracking deal progress and closures
- Maintain and manage the client database, ensuring all interactions and information are properly logged and up to date

Qualifications
- Successful previous experience as sales representative or sales lead, consistently meeting or
- exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- 2 - 3 years of Software/Technical Sales or other sales experience
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint)
