Job Description

Kulturra is looking for an Account Executive to own and drive new revenue through proactive prospecting and full-cycle sales execution. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, creative, and energetic salesperson who enjoys building pipeline, engaging prospects, and closing deals.

On a daily basis, the Account Executive will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, hosting product demos, managing the sales pipeline, and closing new business. This role will also focus on building strong relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem to generate new opportunities.

The Account Executive will be selling to the US market. 

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect for new business through outbound activities including LinkedIn, email, calls, trade shows, and industry events
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through close
  • Qualify prospects through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, discovery calls, and needs assessment
  • Conduct compelling product demos tailored to prospect use cases using screen-sharing and video conferencing tools
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-up, objection handling, and deal management
  • Accurately track all prospecting, sales activities, and customer interactions in Salesforce
  • Build and nurture relationships with consulting partners to generate referral opportunities
  • Represent Kulturra at industry events and conferences (including Dreamforce)

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of recent experience in SaaS B2B sales, including outbound prospecting
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Excellent discovery, solution-selling, objection-handling, and closing skills
  • Resourceful, coachable, and self-directed
  • Ability to articulate ROI and business value
  • Comfortable working in a lean, collaborative team environment
  • Prior experience selling solutions built on the Salesforce platform a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem a plus
