Core Responsibilities:
- Drive the Funnel: Oversee the end-to-end management of inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting to ensure a robust, high-quality pipeline.
- Maximize Conversion: Implement rigorous qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT, or CHAMP) to achieve impressive conversion rates from Lead to Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO), directly impacting closed-won revenue.
- Targeted Outreach: Guide the team in executing highly targeted, persona-based outreach campaigns tailored to CISOs, CIOs, and IT Directors within the B2B enterprise space
- Develop and implement innovative, multi-channel outreach strategies (social selling, video prospecting, personalized intent-data sequencing, etc.) to break through the noise and dramatically enhance BDR connection and reply rates.
- Leverage and optimize modern BD applications and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to streamline workflows, automate administrative tasks, and track cadence efficacy.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing BDRs, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and healthy competition.
- Design and execute robust onboarding/transition plans for new hires, alongside ongoing, advanced training modules focused on cybersecurity market trends, objection handling, and product knowledge.
- Establish and lead a strict cadence of performance reviews to track KPIs, pipeline health, and team metrics.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B Sales
- Proven track record selling or leading teams within the IT, Network Security, or Cybersecurity sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and manage a high-performing BDR/SDR team.
- Exceptional ability to design scalable training programs and onboarding plans.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and pivot strategies accordingly.
