Position Summary
We are seeking a
Sales Enablement Specialist to support the business development, marketing, and proposal functions of JLL's Global Tourism & Destination Advisory team. This role is central to strengthening the team's market presence, ensuring pursuit excellence, and elevating the visual and narrative quality of our client deliverables.
The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and creative skills with a deep understanding of consulting or professional services sales processes. The role requires proficiency in
Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, excellent written communication, and a refined design sensibility to translate complex ideas into visually compelling materials.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Pursuit Support
- Support the full lifecycle of pursuit activities including opportunity tracking, proposal development, presentations, and client deliverable formatting.
- Partner with senior team members to coordinate responses to RFPs/RFQs, ensuring timely submission, compliance with requirements, and consistency with JLL brand standards.
- Maintain and continuously enhance a repository of pursuit templates, case studies, project profiles, and visual assets.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and positioning for prospective clients, markets, and service lines.
Design & Content Development
- Design and format visually engaging proposals, reports, and pitch decks that communicate strategic concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Leverage advanced PowerPoint and Word capabilities to build professional, brand-aligned materials.
- Support the team in creating infographics, charts, and data visualizations that enhance storytelling and client engagement.
- Engage JLL's Marketing and Design teams to maintain visual consistency across all client-facing content.
Sales Operations & Enablement
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve proposal workflows, templates, and document management processes.
- Support internal communications, marketing initiatives, and cross-practice collaboration within the broader JLL Advisory organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, visual design, and written communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Interest in tourism, destination development, or place-based economic growth is preferred but not required.
