About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Division Head to lead our real estate sales operations. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and executing strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales personnel
- Identify market trends and new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
- Work closely with marketing and project teams to boost sales performance
- Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and documentation accuracy
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry functions
- Promote a culture of excellence and uphold company values
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in real estate, with leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in sales management, marketing, negotiation, and training
- Proven ability to build and lead a sales team (must have an existing team)
- Can start immediately
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus
