ACMobility is looking for a Sales Distribution Specialist who will play a crucial role in achieving our wholesale and retail sales targets. This position ensures accurate sales planning, timely execution of wholesale activities, and smooth coordination across Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate wholesale runs and unit allocations by analyzing dealer targets, available inventory, CRM bookings, and beginning inventory.
  • Issue wholesale runs to dealers within the required timelines.
  • Perform unit assignment and process Actual Transfer Release (ATR) within two business days of Finance payment confirmation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate daily with the Logistics team.
  • Provide daily and weekly wholesale updates to management.
  • Prepare sales summaries (retail sales and wholesale) within one day after retail closing.
  • Monitor dealer test drive activities and report during monthly sales meetings.
  • Track and analyze unpulled-out units and present updates during weekly sales meetings.
  • Validate dealer reports and ensure submission accuracy by the 3rd working day of each month.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in sales and inventory reporting.
  • Able to coordinate effectively across multiple departments under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and sales tracking tools (CRM experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience in sales planning, distribution, or automotive industry is an advantage.
