Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales plans for assigned regions/segments in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Managers.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Maintain key client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Report on sales performance and forecasts to upper management.
