Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director at Vivere Sta. Rosa, a new addition toVivere Hospitality Group, located in Calabarzon, Philippines.

The Sales Director will oversee all sales operations, devise and implement successful sales strategies, and develop relationships with key clients to drive business growth. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, setting performance targets, identifying new business opportunities, presenting proposals to potential clients, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Collaboration with other departments to meet organizational goals is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, including achieving team and individual targets
  • Strong skills in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
  • Commitment to providing excellent Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in Team Management, with the ability to mentor and lead a dynamic sales team
  • Analytical mindset and strategic thinking in achieving sales goals
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is acceptable
