Sales Director

PHirst Park Homes Inc. is looking for a Sales Director to lead our growing residential sales operations in Naic, Cavite. This is a critical leadership role for a dynamic, results-driven professional who is ready to build, manage, and grow a complete on-site sales team from Day 1.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: Candidates must come with a ready team of 3 Sales Managers and 3 Real Estate Sellers prepared for immediate onboarding. This is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.

The Role: Sales Director – Naic, Cavite

As Sales Director, you will take full ownership of sales operations at our Naic, Cavite site. You will lead your pre-formed team of 3 Managers and 3 Sellers to drive unit sales performance, team productivity, and buyer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable your team of 3 Sales Managers and 3 Real Estate Sellers

• Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Naic, Cavite site

• Execute PHirst's sales strategy, pricing guidance, and sales processes on-site

• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and closing performance across the team

• Build and maintain strong buyer relationships and referral networks within the Cavite area

• Coordinate with PHirst's marketing, finance, and property development teams

• Report sales performance, team updates, and market insights to senior leadership

• Ensure compliance with PRC, HLURB/DHSUD, and all relevant regulatory requirements

Team Requirement (Mandatory)

This role requires the Sales Director to bring a ready, pre-assembled team consisting of:

• 3 Sales Managers – with active real estate sales management experience

• 3 Real Estate Sellers – licensed or accredited, ready for immediate deployment

All team members must be available for immediate onboarding upon appointment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Director or Senior Sales Manager in real estate

• Proven track record in residential housing sales in Cavite or nearby areas is a strong advantage

• Must have an existing, committed team of 3 Managers and 3 Sellers ready to onboard

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of DHSUD/HLURB compliance and PRC real estate regulations

• Must be willing to work on-site in Naic, Cavite
