Job Description

OVERVIEW:

The Sales Director will oversee and manage the sales operations, ensuring that the company's sales targets are met. Key responsibilities include leading a team of sales professionals, creating and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience inReal Estate, Sales, Marketing, or any related industry.
  • A licensed Real Estate Broker or at least an accredited Real Estate Salesperson in Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD)
  • Proven track record of achieving high sales targets. Strong leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills

Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation
  • Understanding of property inventory management and pricing strategies
  • Knowledge of Philippine real estate laws, contracts, and regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with reservation-to-closing processes
  • Understanding of sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Knowledge of recruitment and sales team structuring
  • Awareness of market trends, competitor analysis, and buyer behavior
