OVERVIEW:
The Sales Director will oversee and manage the sales operations, ensuring that the company's sales targets are met. Key responsibilities include leading a team of sales professionals, creating and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience inReal Estate, Sales, Marketing, or any related industry.
- A licensed Real Estate Broker or at least an accredited Real Estate Salesperson in Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD)
- Proven track record of achieving high sales targets. Strong leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation
- Understanding of property inventory management and pricing strategies
- Knowledge of Philippine real estate laws, contracts, and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with reservation-to-closing processes
- Understanding of sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Knowledge of recruitment and sales team structuring
- Awareness of market trends, competitor analysis, and buyer behavior
