The Opportunity

We're looking for a commercially sharp Sales Director (Individual Contributor) to drive revenue growth across banks and fintech lending companies in the Philippines.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who loves building relationships, closing meaningful deals, and owning outcomes. You'll manage the full commercial lifecycle from sourcing and pitching through to negotiation, contracting, and launch while working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and internal product teams.

This is not a people-management role. This is a frontline, high-impact business development position.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow key accounts across banks and fintechs, including lending companies.
  • Drive new business through your existing network while building new strategic partnerships.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solution design, commercial negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
  • Develop account strategies for priority institutions, identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned clients, building long-term partnerships and value.
  • Work closely with product and operations to align client needs with LenderLink's solutions and roadmap.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline with clear forecasting and reporting.
  • Represent LenderLink at industry events and ecosystem engagements.
  • Share market insights and competitive intelligence to inform go-to-market strategy.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in senior sales or business development roles within fintech or financial services (lending experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing commercial agreements with banks and fintechs, including lending companies.
  • Established network within the Philippine financial services ecosystem.
  • Strong commercial instincts and experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset comfortable operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
  • Passion for fintech and financial inclusion.
  • Consistent record of professional achievement.
  • Based in Manila, Philippines.
