Role Summary:
- This is a hands-on commercial leadership role to build and scale the Philippines BPO vertical from scratch. You will own go-to-market, strategic accounts, ecosystem partnerships, and revenue, while acting as the industry translator to ensure solutions land with real operational KPIs (SLA, AHT, QA, FCR, attrition, compliance).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own BPO vertical growth in the Philippines: pipeline build, strategic account acquisition, partner strategy, and revenue delivery.
- Develop and sell AI-enabled BPO solutions aligned with real operating metrics & SLAs (CX/Service, collections & risk, recruitment, analytics, workforce productivity).
- Open doors: leverage senior network to access decision-makers across enterprise buyers and/or BPO ecosystem partners; drive pilots to commercial rollouts.
- Lead consultative discovery with clients to define business cases, ROI, and implementation roadmap (process + tech + change).
- Orchestrate internal teams (product/tech/delivery) to ensure feasibility, adoption, and customer success.
- Represent the company in industry forums/roundtables; build credibility and thought leadership in BPO AI transformation.
Requirements (Must-have):
- 10+ years of B2B commercial experience with at least 5 years deeply tied to BPO/contact center/shared services ecosystem in the Philippines (buyer-side OR ecosystem-facing roles).
- Proven record closing complex, high-value enterprise deals (finance/insurance/telco/large retail preferred).
- Strong understanding of BPO operations and governance: SLAs/KPIs, vendor management, procurement cycles, compliance & data privacy considerations.
- Ability to articulate AI value in business terms (cost-to-serve, revenue uplift, risk reduction, productivity), and drive multi-stakeholder decisions.
- Native Tagalog (Filipino) + business-fluent English.
Preferred:
- Existing C-level / VP network across the PH BPO ecosystem (enterprise shared services leaders, heads of CX/ops/transformation/procurement).
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives (commercial + solutioning + delivery).
