Job Description

Sales Director to lead and drive sales performance for assigned real estate projects. The role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing Sales Managers and Sellers, and achieving revenue targets aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Lead, coach, and manage high-performing sales teams
  • Drive inventory movement and revenue growth
  • Monitor performance metrics and sales compliance
  • Build strong broker and client networks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • At least 5 years of real estate sales experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record in hitting sales targets
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage
