Role Overview
Our client, a technology solutions provider with a strong presence in cybersecurity, is seeking a
Sales Director Philippines to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across the country.
This role is responsible for leading the country sales strategy, strengthening enterprise and channel partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue performance. The position requires a commercially driven leader with deep expertise in enterprise technology sales, particularly within cybersecurity or related IT sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the country-level sales strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and increase market share within the Philippines.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across both direct and indirect sales channels.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and market expansion initiatives.
Enterprise & Channel Management
- Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise accounts, strategic partners, and distributors.
- Strengthen and expand the partner ecosystem to drive indirect sales performance.
- Leverage existing channel networks to accelerate market penetration.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team that may include Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Sales Engineers.
- Provide clear direction, performance management, and coaching to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Foster a results-oriented and high-performance sales culture.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, partners, and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and customer retention.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
