Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead business development initiatives for our BPO services in the Philippines and key international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring strategic clients, bringing in relevant AI solutions, and driving sustainable revenue growth in a competitive industry landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key enterprise BPO clients and channel partners across target industries.
- Develop and present BPO AI solutionsincluding customer accquisition and service, risk control and credit assessment, recruitment and data analyticsaligned with client SLA requirements and business objectives.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for the Philippine market and designated key accounts.
- Lead joint business planning sessions with partners to align on performance goals and mutual growth strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations, technology, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Native proficiency in Tagalog (Filipino) with full business fluency in English.
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 5 years focused on BPO, ITO, or shared services solutions, preferably within the Philippines or APAC region.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value deals in sectors such as finance, insurance, telecommunications, or retail.
- Strong executive engagement skills, entrepreneurial drive, and ability to articulate clear business value propositions.
- Experience working with multinational or regional BPO service providers is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established network within the Philippine or regional BPO/outsourcing industry.
- Knowledge of local business practices, compliance requirements, and market dynamics.
- Experience managing sales teams or leading cross-functional projects.
