Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, identifying and developing new business opportunities, building robust client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive overall business success. The role also involves ensuring top-notch customer service and strategizing initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10 years Expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and meeting revenue goals
• Strong skills in leads generation, business partnership and bidding.
• Proven track in handling, leading and managing multiple sales team.
• Experience in Business Development and identifying new growth opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Previous B2B experience in the water solutions, furniture or other consumables items a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

 Base salary starting at ₱60,000 per month + a very generous commission scheme

Monthly personal sales commission

Monthly team override commission

Health card upon regularization

Vacation Leave (VL) and Sick Leave (SL)

Position is urgently needed and applicant must be available for onboarding within two weeks after being selected.
