Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. The SDR will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking discovery meetings for the sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, enjoys engaging with prospects, and is driven by achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients across target industries.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Lead Qualification

  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and decision-making process.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
  • Schedule product demos or discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.

CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM systems.
  • Track activities, pipeline progress, and lead status.

Market Intelligence

  • Gather feedback from prospects regarding market trends and customer needs.
  • Share insights with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to follow up on inbound leads.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

Required

  • 13 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Ability to conduct high-volume outbound outreach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, HRTech, or productivity software.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Experience working with global markets (US, UK, or APAC).
